🍽️ Leberkäse Snack with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 piece cucumber
- 50 g meat loaf (1 small slice)
- 1 egg
- 50 g yogurt
- 50 g sour cream
- 0.25 red bell pepper
- 1 gherkin
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp oil
- mini pretzel rolls
Instructions
- 1. Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out small circles from the bologna.
- 2. Dice the remaining bologna and place it in a bowl.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper and dice it finely.
- 4. Add the diced bell pepper along with the diced pickles to the bowl.
- 5. Stir in yogurt and Schmand (a sour cream alternative) into the vegetable and meat mixture.
- 6. Season the dip to taste with some liquid from the pickle jar.
- 7. Fry the fried egg and the bologna circles slowly in a pan with oil over low heat.
- 8. Cut the stem and leaves from the pickle.
- 9. Arrange the pickle decoratively on a plate.
- 10. Fill the dip into a small cup.
- 11. Insert a bologna circle onto the pickle stem like a flower.
- 12. Carefully cut out the fried egg with a round cookie cutter.
- 13. Place the cut-out fried egg on top of the bologna circle.
- 14. Serve the snack with pretzel rolls.
