  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.
  4. 4. Sauté the onion and broccoli in the vegetable broth for the marinade for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the carrots after half the cooking time so they are sautéed together.
  6. 6. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  7. 7. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
  8. 8. Drain the vegetables through a sieve and catch the liquid.
  9. 9. Mix the vegetables with the noodles.
  10. 10. Cut the chicken meat into cubes and add them.
  11. 11. Stir the caught liquid with the remaining ingredients for the marinade well.
  12. 12. Season the marinade to taste.
  13. 13. Pour the marinade over the noodles.
  14. 14. Serve the salad lukewarm or cold, sprinkled with Parmesan.
