  4. 4. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
  5. 5. Peel the cooled eggs.
  6. 6. Wash the chives.
  7. 7. Shake the chives dry.
  8. 8. Cut the chives into pieces about 1 centimeter long.
  9. 9. Whisk mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  10. 10. Slowly stir the oil into the dressing mixture.
  11. 11. Mix the leek, eggs, and chives with the dressing.
