Ingredients
- 1 l fresh milk
- 4 hot espresso
- grated chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Heat the milk in a pot.
- 2. Froth the hot milk with a milk frother until a thick layer of foam forms.
- 3. Pour the hot milk into a glass.
- 4. Reserve some of the foam and set it aside.
- 5. Slowly pour the espresso into the milk in the glass.
- 6. Top the drink with the reserved foam.
- 7. Garnish the latte macchiato with chocolate shavings if desired.
- 8. Sweeten the latte macchiato to your liking with sugar or an aromatic syrup.
