🍝 Lamb Minced Meat Lasagne with Three Sauces

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 50 ml olive oil
- 600 g minced lamb meat
- 200 ml red wine
- 300 ml meat broth
- 300 g tomatoes (from the can)
- salt

- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 100 g mascarpone
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 850 g tomatoes (1 can)
- 0.5 tsp sugar

- 1 bunch basil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g whipping cream
- 120 g grated Gruyère cheese

- 400 g lasagna sheets
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic mixture.
- 3. Add the lamb mince and fry until crumbly.
- 4. Deglaze the meat with red wine and let the liquid reduce slightly.
- 5. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Let the meat sauce simmer for 30 minutes.
- 7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it cool down.
- 8. Mix the mint with the mascarpone and fold the mixture into the cooled meat sauce.
- 9. For the tomato sauce, peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
- 10. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
- 11. Add the tomatoes and bring the sauce to a boil.
- 12. Let the tomato sauce cook for 30 minutes.
- 13. Season the sauce with sugar, salt, pepper, and finely chopped basil.
- 14. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan for the cheese sauce.
- 15. Add the flour and cook it lightly.
- 16. Pour in the milk while stirring.
- 17. Cook the sauce for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 18. Stir in the cream and 70 grams of grated cheese.
- 19. Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper.
- 20. Cook the lasagne sheets in boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 21. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let them drain.
- 22. Lay the pasta sheets side by side on a work surface.
- 23. Brush a rectangular baking dish with butter.
- 24. Fill the dish in layers with pasta sheets, meat filling, tomato sauce, and cheese sauce.
- 25. Use all ingredients and finish with a layer of cheese sauce.
- 26. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and butter flakes on top.
- 27. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 28. Bake the lasagne in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
