  4. 4. Deglaze the meat with red wine and let the liquid reduce slightly.
  5. 5. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. 6. Let the meat sauce simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it cool down.
  8. 8. Mix the mint with the mascarpone and fold the mixture into the cooled meat sauce.
  9. 9. For the tomato sauce, peel the onions and garlic and dice them finely.
  10. 10. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil.
  11. 11. Add the tomatoes and bring the sauce to a boil.
  12. 12. Let the tomato sauce cook for 30 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with sugar, salt, pepper, and finely chopped basil.
  14. 14. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan for the cheese sauce.
  15. 15. Add the flour and cook it lightly.
  16. 16. Pour in the milk while stirring.
  17. 17. Cook the sauce for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  18. 18. Stir in the cream and 70 grams of grated cheese.
  19. 19. Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Cook the lasagne sheets in boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
  21. 21. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let them drain.
  22. 22. Lay the pasta sheets side by side on a work surface.
  23. 23. Brush a rectangular baking dish with butter.
  24. 24. Fill the dish in layers with pasta sheets, meat filling, tomato sauce, and cheese sauce.
  25. 25. Use all ingredients and finish with a layer of cheese sauce.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and butter flakes on top.
  27. 27. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  28. 28. Bake the lasagne in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
