  3. 3. Rinse the lamb meat under running water. Pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized cubes.
  5. 5. Trim the green beans and wash them thoroughly. Cut them into smaller pieces if necessary.
  6. 6. Cut the pumpkin flesh into cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the shallot and the garlic. Finely chop both ingredients.
