🍽️ Lamb Skewers with Rice

Ingredients
- 500 g lamb meat (from the leg, boneless, trimmed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 medium zucchinis (cut into thick slices)
- 1 each red and green bell peppers (seeded, cut into coarse cubes)
- wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- 1. Mix sesame oil, sherry, pressed garlic, ginger, and honey. Place the lamb meat in the mixture and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
- 2. Thread the meat, zucchini, and bell pepper onto the skewers in an alternating pattern. Brush them with the remaining marinade and grill them on a not-too-hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 3. Serve the skewers with rice that has been flavored with herbs.
