  1. 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them roughly.
  2. 2. Wash the chili, cut it lengthwise in half, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Rinse the rosemary, shake it dry, strip off the needles, and chop them.
  4. 4. Mix the garlic, chili, and rosemary needles with 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. 5. Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into 2 cm cubes.
  6. 6. Thread the meat cubes onto the skewers.
  7. 7. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
  8. 8. Cover the skewers and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. 9. Preheat the grill.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem area, and cut them into thin wedges.
  11. 11. Drain the olives and slice them.
  12. 12. Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into strips, and then into small cubes.
  13. 13. Wash the salad greens, remove the tough stems, and tear them into small pieces.
  14. 14. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips.
  15. 15. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  16. 16. Put all salad ingredients into a bowl and mix them.
  17. 17. Whisk the vinegar with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  18. 18. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  20. 20. Grill the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes, turning them occasionally and brushing them with the remaining marinade.
  21. 21. Season the skewers with salt and pepper while grilling.
  22. 22. Toss the salad with the vinaigrette.
  23. 23. Plate the skewers and serve them with the salad.
