🍽️ Crispy Toast with Tender Lamb Medallions

Ingredients
- 300 g lamb loin fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 slices baguette
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into slices about 2 centimeters thick, press them slightly flat, and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove the hard stem ends, and slice them into eight nice, even rounds.
- 2. Peel the garlic and heat the oil in a pan. Press the garlic cloves into the hot oil to release their flavor. Fry the baguette slices in this garlic oil until golden brown on both sides, then arrange them on a serving plate.
- 3. Heat the remaining olive oil in the same pan and fry the lamb medallions for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat. Place one tomato slice on each piece of bread and arrange the cooked meat pieces on top.
