  1. 1. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
  2. 2. Rinse the meat under cold running water.
  3. 3. Divide the meat into four equal portions.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves from their skin.
  5. 5. Lightly crush the garlic cloves using the flat side of a knife.
  6. 6. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under water.
  7. 7. Shake off excess water from the herbs.
  8. 8. Place the meat, garlic, rosemary, and oil into a tall container.
  9. 9. Let the ingredients marinate for one hour.
  10. 10. Remove the meat from the marinade.
  11. 11. Let the excess oil drip off the meat.
  12. 12. Place the meat on the hot grill grate.
  13. 13. Grill the meat for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the meat occasionally while grilling.
  15. 15. Brush the meat repeatedly with the remaining seasoned oil.
  16. 16. Season the meat with salt and pepper at the end.
  17. 17. Serve the grilled lamb rack.
