🍽️ Grilled Lamb Rack with Garlic and Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients
- 800 g Lamb rack (kitchen-ready)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 Rosemary sprigs
- 100 ml Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- 2. Rinse the meat under cold running water.
- 3. Divide the meat into four equal portions.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves from their skin.
- 5. Lightly crush the garlic cloves using the flat side of a knife.
- 6. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under water.
- 7. Shake off excess water from the herbs.
- 8. Place the meat, garlic, rosemary, and oil into a tall container.
- 9. Let the ingredients marinate for one hour.
- 10. Remove the meat from the marinade.
- 11. Let the excess oil drip off the meat.
- 12. Place the meat on the hot grill grate.
- 13. Grill the meat for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Turn the meat occasionally while grilling.
- 15. Brush the meat repeatedly with the remaining seasoned oil.
- 16. Season the meat with salt and pepper at the end.
- 17. Serve the grilled lamb rack.
