  1. 1. Soak the bread in a little water.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and dice them into very small cubes.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onions in it.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked bread well so that no water remains.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley, chop it finely, and set it aside.
  6. 6. Add the squeezed bread, the sautéed onions, and the parsley to the lamb mince in a large bowl.
  7. 7. Add the egg and your chosen spices.
  8. 8. Knead the mixture well with your hands until everything is combined.
  9. 9. Shape the meat mixture into 16 small, elongated rolls.
  10. 10. Heat oil or lard in a large pan.
  11. 11. Fry the meat rolls in the hot fat for about 10 minutes until golden brown all over.
  12. 12. Thread the finished meat rolls onto wooden or metal skewers.
  13. 13. Serve the skewers hot together with the yogurt.
