  5. 5. Remove the onion and garlic mixture from the pan and place it in a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add the minced meat, the egg, and the coriander to the bowl.
  7. 7. Squeeze the soaked bread roll, crumble it, and add it to the bowl.
  8. 8. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  9. 9. Season the dough with salt, pepper, and a little chili.
  10. 10. Check the consistency: If the dough is too soft, knead in some breadcrumbs.
  11. 11. Moisten your hands with a little water.
  12. 12. Form small balls from the dough using your moist hands.
  13. 13. Grease a baking dish with a little oil.
