  2. 2. Finely dice the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Wash the chili pepper.
  4. 4. Halve the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
  5. 5. Finely dice the deseeded chili pepper.
  6. 6. Peel the carrots.
  7. 7. Cut the carrots into small cubes.
  8. 8. Heat ghee in a pot.
  9. 9. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and golden brown.
  10. 10. Add the diced onion, garlic, ginger, and chili pieces to the meat.
  11. 11. Sauté the vegetables for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the garam masala.
  13. 13. Let the spice sweat briefly.
  14. 14. Pour in the broth.
  15. 15. Season the curry with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Simmer the curry gently for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  17. 17. Peel the tomatoes.
  18. 18. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the core.
  19. 19. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  20. 20. Add the tomatoes and peas to the curry.
  21. 21. Cook the curry for another 10 minutes.
  22. 22. Add more broth if necessary.
  23. 23. Season the curry to taste with salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
  24. 24. Fill the bowls with the curry.
  25. 25. Garnish the dish with coriander.
  26. 26. Serve the curry with flatbread.
