Ingredients
- 8 Lamb chops
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch Rosemary
- 350 g green beans
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the green beans under cold water. Trim off the hard ends and strings. Boil the beans in salted water over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove them from the pot and let them drain well. Wash the lamb chops and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and press them finely. Spread the garlic evenly over the lamb chops. Strip the needles from the rosemary sprigs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sear the chops on both sides over high heat. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 3. Fry the rosemary needles briefly in the remaining fat. Return the lamb chops to the pan. Let the meat rest over low heat for 5 minutes. Heat butter in a separate pan. Toss the beans in it briefly. Serve the beans together with the lamb chops.
