  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using hot air mode.
  2. 2. Rinse the meat thoroughly.
  3. 3. Divide the meat into four equal pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Lightly crush the garlic cloves to open them up.
  6. 6. Wash the rosemary sprigs under running water.
  7. 7. Pat the rosemary sprigs dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Place the rosemary, crushed garlic, and olive oil into an ovenproof dish.
  9. 9. Place the lamb pieces on top of the seasoned oil in the dish.
  10. 10. Put the dish into the preheated oven.
  11. 11. Cook the meat for about 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the meat pieces over once during cooking.
  13. 13. Baste the meat with the oil from the dish occasionally.
  14. 14. Season the finished meat with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Remove the lamb chops from the oven.
  16. 16. Place the chops onto the serving plates.
  17. 17. Serve the meat with hummus and beans according to your preference.
