🍽️ Crispy Lamb Chops with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 kg Lamb Rack (kitchen-ready)
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Rosemary Sprigs
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using hot air mode.
- 2. Rinse the meat thoroughly.
- 3. Divide the meat into four equal pieces.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Lightly crush the garlic cloves to open them up.
- 6. Wash the rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 7. Pat the rosemary sprigs dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Place the rosemary, crushed garlic, and olive oil into an ovenproof dish.
- 9. Place the lamb pieces on top of the seasoned oil in the dish.
- 10. Put the dish into the preheated oven.
- 11. Cook the meat for about 25 minutes.
- 12. Turn the meat pieces over once during cooking.
- 13. Baste the meat with the oil from the dish occasionally.
- 14. Season the finished meat with salt and pepper.
- 15. Remove the lamb chops from the oven.
- 16. Place the chops onto the serving plates.
- 17. Serve the meat with hummus and beans according to your preference.
