🍽️ Juicy Lamb Skewers with Peppers and Zucchini

Ingredients
- 600 g lamb meat (kitchen-ready, from the leg)
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 red onions
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- ground cumin
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove all visible sinews from the meat.
- 4. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Rinse the peppers under running water.
- 6. Halve the peppers lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the seeds and white pith from the peppers.
- 8. Cut the peppers into cubes roughly the same size as the meat pieces.
- 9. Peel the onions and remove the outer layers.
- 10. Cut the onions into coarse chunks.
- 11. Rinse the zucchini under running water.
- 12. Halve the zucchini lengthwise.
- 13. Cut the zucchini halves into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 14. Thread the meat, peppers, onions, and zucchini onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 15. Brush the skewers evenly with oil.
- 16. Season the skewers with salt.
- 17. Season the skewers with freshly ground pepper.
- 18. Season the skewers with cumin.
- 19. Heat a pan over high heat.
- 20. Fry the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
- 21. Turn the skewers over.
- 22. Fry the skewers for another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side.
- 23. Remove the skewers from the pan.
- 24. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
- 25. Serve the skewers immediately.
