  3. 3. Remove all visible sinews from the meat.
  4. 4. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  5. 5. Rinse the peppers under running water.
  6. 6. Halve the peppers lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds and white pith from the peppers.
  8. 8. Cut the peppers into cubes roughly the same size as the meat pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the onions and remove the outer layers.
  10. 10. Cut the onions into coarse chunks.
  11. 11. Rinse the zucchini under running water.
  12. 12. Halve the zucchini lengthwise.
  13. 13. Cut the zucchini halves into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  14. 14. Thread the meat, peppers, onions, and zucchini onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  15. 15. Brush the skewers evenly with oil.
  16. 16. Season the skewers with salt.
  17. 17. Season the skewers with freshly ground pepper.
  18. 18. Season the skewers with cumin.
  19. 19. Heat a pan over high heat.
  20. 20. Fry the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
  21. 21. Turn the skewers over.
  22. 22. Fry the skewers for another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side.
