🍽️ Lamb Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 lamb steak (approx. 180 g from the leg)
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 slice pickled red beet
- corn salad leaf
- 1 sesame roll
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
- 2. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan.
- 3. Add the shallots to the hot butter and sauté until translucent.
- 4. Pour in the wine and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
- 5. Wait until all the liquid has evaporated.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the shallots cool down.
- 7. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 8. Fry the meat in the remaining butter.
- 9. Fry each side for about two to three minutes.
- 10. Slice the bun open.
- 11. Spread mayonnaise on the bun.
- 12. Place lettuce, beetroot, and tomatoes on the bottom half.
- 13. Place the fried meat on top.
- 14. Add the cooled shallots as the final topping.
- 15. Place the top half of the bun on.
- 16. Wrap the finished sandwich in a napkin if you like.
