  1. 1. Remove all tough sinews from the lamb meat.
  2. 2. Leave the fat on the meat to keep it juicy while cooking.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into cubes approximately three centimeters in size.
  4. 4. Mix yogurt, garlic, salt, cinnamon, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  8. 8. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the stem and the inside of the peppers.
  10. 10. Halve the peppers.
  11. 11. Remove the white seeds and the white membrane.
  12. 12. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  13. 13. Peel the onions.
  14. 14. Quarter the onions.
  15. 15. Thread meat cubes, onion pieces, and pepper pieces alternately onto wooden skewers.
  16. 16. Grill the skewers for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Turn the skewers occasionally so they cook evenly.
  18. 18. Arrange the skewers on plates.
  19. 19. Serve the skewers with flatbread.
