  4. 4. Season the meat pieces with salt and pepper.

  6. 6. Preheat the grill and place the meat on the grate.
  7. 7. Keep a safe distance from the hot embers.
  8. 8. Grill the lamb for about 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the meat regularly during the cooking time.
  10. 10. Peel the potatoes.
  11. 11. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  12. 12. Rinse the corn under cold water.
  13. 13. Let the corn drain well in a sieve.
  14. 14. Peel the shallots.
  15. 15. Place the potato wedges, corn, and shallots on a grilling tray.
  16. 16. Drizzle the vegetables with the remaining oil.
  17. 17. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Place the grilling tray on the grill.
  19. 19. Cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
