  1. 1. Thread the lamb fillet, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and blanched fennel pieces alternately onto the wooden skewers. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and sear the skewers on all sides until well-browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the arugula and spin it dry, then chop it finely. Peel the garlic. Put the arugula, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper into a blender and puree until smooth to make a pesto. Add a little more oil if needed to reach the desired consistency.
