🍝 Lactose-free pasta salad

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g chopped tomatoes (can)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 300 g MinusL Greek feta cheese
- 80 g black olives
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
- 1 handful basil
Instructions
- 1. Boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta in it until very al dente.
- 2. Drain the pasta, rinse it with cold water, and let it drain well.
- 3. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic mixture until translucent.
- 5. Add the tomatoes and oregano and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 7. Crumble half of the cheese into the pan and stir in the drained olives.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 9. Fold in the drained pasta and let the salad cool down.
- 10. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 11. Cut the basil into thin strips.
- 12. Divide the pasta salad onto plates.
- 13. Sprinkle the remaining diced cheese over the salad.
- 14. Garnish the salad with the basil strips and serve.
