🍽️ Salmon Tartare with Cucumber and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 1 spring onion (white part only)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp grape seed oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cucumber
- salt
- white pepper
- 5 dried marinated tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Cut the fish into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- 3. Mix the salmon cubes with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and grapeseed oil.
- 4. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Place the bowl covered in a cool place.
- 6. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
- 7. Chop the spring onions very finely.
- 8. Stir the chopped onions, chive rings, and milk into the cream cheese mixture.
- 9. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Drain the pickled tomatoes well.
- 11. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
- 12. Wash the cucumber and pat it dry.
- 13. Slice or shave the cucumber into very thin rounds.
- 14. Lightly salt the cucumber slices.
- 15. Place some tomato strips on the plate.
- 16. Add a mound of salmon tartare on top of the tomatoes.
- 17. Cover the salmon with the cream cheese mixture.
- 18. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cream.
- 19. Garnish the dish with extra tomato strips and chive rings if desired.
- 20. Serve the dish immediately.
