🍽️ Salmon Tartare on Watercress Toast

Ingredients
- 70 g Smoked Salmon (2 slice)
- 0.5 Lime
- 20 g Horseradish root (1 piece)
- 0.5 Apple
- 4 Radish
- 1 tbsp Sour cream (10 % fat)
- 60 g Whole wheat toast (2 slice)
- 0.5 box Cress
Instructions
- 1. Take the salmon and chop it into coarse pieces using a large knife.
- 2. Place the chopped salmon pieces into a small bowl.
- 3. Cut a lime in half and rinse the skin under hot water.
- 4. Dry the lime skin with a cloth.
- 5. Grate the fine zest of the lime using a grater.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime half.
- 7. Add the lime juice and the grated zest to the salmon in the bowl.
- 8. Wash the horseradish root.
- 9. Peel the horseradish root using a vegetable peeler.
- 10. Grate the peeled horseradish finely using a grater.
- 11. Wash the apple.
- 12. Cut the apple in half.
- 13. Remove the core from the apple halves.
- 14. Grate the unpeeled apple pieces finely using a grater.
- 15. Clean the radishes.
- 16. Wash the radishes.
- 17. Dry the radishes with a cloth.
- 18. Mix the grated horseradish with the salmon in the bowl.
- 19. Mix the grated apple with the salmon in the bowl.
- 20. Mix the sour cream with the salmon in the bowl.
- 21. Toast the bread.
- 22. Spread the salmon mixture onto the toasted bread.
- 23. Sprinkle watercress over the topped bread.
- 24. Garnish the dish with the radishes.
- 25. Serve the finished dish.
