🍝 Grilled Salmon Skewers with Noodle Pan

Ingredients
- 800 g salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g green noodles
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- sliced spring onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon fillets into 12 equal cubes.
- 2. Mix the salmon cubes in a bowl with lemon juice, ginger, and oil.
- 3. Let the marinade sit for 10 minutes.
- 4. Thread the marinated salmon pieces onto the skewers.
- 5. Grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 6 minutes on all sides.
- 6. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- 7. Sauté the ginger in 1 teaspoon of oil.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with soy sauce.
- 9. Season the sauce with sugar.
- 10. Fold the drained pasta into the sauce.
- 11. Divide the pasta among plates.
- 12. Garnish the pasta with sesame seeds and spring onions.
- 13. Place the grilled salmon skewers alongside and serve the dish.
