🍳 Breads with Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, and Fried Pear

Ingredients
- 200 g firm pears (1 firm pear)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- 2 slices whole grain bread (approx. 50 g each, or 4 small ones; with nuts)
- 2 tbsp (approx. 50 g) cream cheese (13% fat)
- 4 slices turkey salmon ham
- 4 leaves radicchio
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pear thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the pear with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the pear into four equal quarters.
- 4. Remove the core with the seed pod from the pear quarters.
- 5. Slice the pear quarters into thin slices.
- 6. Heat the oil and butter together in a pan.
- 7. Place the pear slices into the hot pan.
- 8. Fry the pear slices over medium heat.
- 9. Fry the pear slices for two minutes on each side.
- 10. Lightly salt the fried pear slices.
- 11. Lightly pepper the fried pear slices.
- 12. Let the pear slices cool down completely.
- 13. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bread slices.
- 14. Place the cooled pear slices on the bread slices.
- 15. Place slices of smoked salmon on the bread.
- 16. Wash the radicchio thoroughly.
- 17. Shake the radicchio dry.
- 18. Cut the radicchio into very fine strips.
- 19. Sprinkle the radicchio strips over the topped breads.
- 20. Serve the breads immediately.
- 21. Halve the bread slices before topping them if you want to take them with you.
- 22. Wrap the topped breads tightly in cling film.
