Ingredients
- 500 g Graved Salmon (in slices)
- 200 Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese, the cream, and the lemon juice into a bowl.
- 2. Beat the mixture vigorously with the hand mixer until it is firm and creamy, similar to whipped cream.
- 3. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Spread the seasoned cream evenly over the salmon slices.
- 5. Roll up the salmon slices tightly.
- 6. Arrange the rolls decoratively on a plate.
- 7. Keep the finished rolls cool until you are ready to serve them.
