🍽️ Fresh Salmon Rolls with Beans

Ingredients
- 300 g green beans
- salt
- 1 handful sprouts (e.g.)
- 4 sheets rice paper (Ø 22 cm)
- 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- wasabi paste (to taste)
- soy sauce (light)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beans thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
- 3. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
- 4. Add the beans to the boiling water.
- 5. Cook the beans for about 8 minutes.
- 6. Remove the beans from the water immediately.
- 7. Rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 8. Let the beans drain well.
- 9. Rinse the sprouts briefly with water.
- 10. Dry the sprouts well.
- 11. Fill a shallow dish with water.
- 12. Ensure the dish is slightly larger than the rice paper sheets.
- 13. Lay a kitchen towel flat on the work surface.
- 14. Have a second kitchen towel ready nearby.
- 15. Dip a single rice paper sheet briefly into the water.
- 16. Let the sheet soak in the water for about 1 minute.
- 17. Carefully remove the sheet from the water.
- 18. Lay the sheet flat on the spread-out kitchen towel.
- 19. Gently pat the sheet dry with the second towel.
- 20. Place the salmon slices on the rice paper.
- 21. Spread a small amount of wasabi on the salmon.
- 22. Distribute the drained beans on the salmon.
- 23. Sprinkle the sprouts over the beans.
- 24. Drizzle some soy sauce over the filling.
- 25. Fold the left side of the paper over the filling.
- 26. Fold the right side of the paper over the filling.
- 27. Roll the roll tightly from the bottom edge.
- 28. Cut the finished roll in half.
- 29. Place the halves into small bowls.
- 30. Serve with dipping sauces.
