- 4 salmon cutlets (approx. 200 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Season the salmon cutlets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil and let them marinate for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Place the cutlets on the hot grill. Cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
