  3. 3. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  5. 5. Sear the salmon steaks until they are golden brown on all sides.
  6. 6. Remove the fish from the pan.
  7. 7. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Switch the oven to the grill function and preheat it.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic clove.
  10. 10. Wash the fresh herbs under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the herbs dry.
  12. 12. Finely chop the herb leaves.
  13. 13. Melt the butter in a small pan.
  14. 14. Press the garlic directly into the melted butter.
  15. 15. Sauté the garlic briefly until it is soft and translucent.
  16. 16. Stir the chopped herbs into the butter mixture.
