  2. 2. Brush a baking tray with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. 3. Place the salmon slices side by side on the tray.
  4. 4. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the slices.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the tray on the middle rack.
  7. 7. Roast the salmon for about 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the tray from the oven.
  9. 9. Serve the salmon immediately, for example with white bread.
