🍽️ Quick Oven Salmon Slices

Ingredients
- 800 g salmon fillet
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- juice of one lemon
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon crosswise into slices about 1 to 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 2. Brush a baking tray with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 3. Place the salmon slices side by side on the tray.
- 4. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 5. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the slices.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place the tray on the middle rack.
- 7. Roast the salmon for about 3 minutes.
- 8. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 9. Serve the salmon immediately, for example with white bread.
