🥗 Grilled salmon pieces on fresh salad

Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- oil (for the grill grate)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon fillet in half lengthwise and then slice each half into pieces about 2 centimeters thick. Whisk together vinegar, honey, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, add the salmon pieces, and toss to coat. Let the marinade sit for a short while.
- 2. Thread the marinated salmon pieces onto the skewers one by one.
- 3. Place the skewers on the slightly oiled grill grate, making sure the grill is not too hot. Grill the fish for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 4. Serve the grilled salmon pieces on a bed of leaf salad to your liking.
