  1. 1. Cut the salmon fillet in half lengthwise and then slice each half into pieces about 2 centimeters thick. Whisk together vinegar, honey, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, add the salmon pieces, and toss to coat. Let the marinade sit for a short while.
  2. 2. Thread the marinated salmon pieces onto the skewers one by one.
  3. 3. Place the skewers on the slightly oiled grill grate, making sure the grill is not too hot. Grill the fish for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  4. 4. Serve the grilled salmon pieces on a bed of leaf salad to your liking.
