🍽️ Pan-seared Salmon with Lemon

Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet (4 salmon fillets)
- 2 organic lemons
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80 g sour cream (4 tbsp)
- 2 tsp red pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and pat them dry.
- 4. Cut the lemons in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from one of the lemon halves.
- 6. Drizzle the salmon with the lemon juice.
- 7. Let the salmon marinate for 10 minutes.
- 8. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 9. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- 10. Fry the fillets on both sides over medium heat.
- 11. Fry the fillets for about 4 to 6 minutes.
- 12. Remove the fillets from the pan.
- 13. Keep the fillets warm.
- 14. Fry the remaining lemon halves in the same pan over high heat.
- 15. Fry the lemons until the underside is browned.
- 16. Divide the salmon among 4 plates.
- 17. Garnish the salmon with the fried lemons.
- 18. Add sour cream.
- 19. Sprinkle the dish with red pepper.
