  2. 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and pat them dry.
  4. 4. Cut the lemons in half.
  5. 5. Squeeze the juice from one of the lemon halves.
  6. 6. Drizzle the salmon with the lemon juice.
  7. 7. Let the salmon marinate for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  9. 9. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Fry the fillets on both sides over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the fillets for about 4 to 6 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the fillets from the pan.
  13. 13. Keep the fillets warm.
  14. 14. Fry the remaining lemon halves in the same pan over high heat.
  15. 15. Fry the lemons until the underside is browned.
  16. 16. Divide the salmon among 4 plates.
  17. 17. Garnish the salmon with the fried lemons.
  18. 18. Add sour cream.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the dish with red pepper.
