🍽️ Grilled Salmon on Sesame Zucchini

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (approx. 160 g each)
- 4 small zucchini
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 30 g ghee
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 200 g basmati rice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise into thin slices.
- 4. Place the zucchini slices in the steamer insert of a saucepan.
- 5. Steam the zucchini for about 6 minutes until tender.
- 6. Season the dry salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- 7. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
- 8. Fry the salmon for 5 to 6 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- 9. Deglaze the meat with soy sauce and swirl the pan briefly.
- 10. Distribute the steamed zucchini onto the plates.
- 11. Place the fried salmon fillets on top of the zucchini bed.
- 12. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
