  1. 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Wash the zucchini and slice it lengthwise into thin slices.
  4. 4. Place the zucchini slices in the steamer insert of a saucepan.
  5. 5. Steam the zucchini for about 6 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Season the dry salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
  8. 8. Fry the salmon for 5 to 6 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  9. 9. Deglaze the meat with soy sauce and swirl the pan briefly.
  10. 10. Distribute the steamed zucchini onto the plates.
  11. 11. Place the fried salmon fillets on top of the zucchini bed.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
