🍽️ Salmon fillet with mozzarella, dried tomatoes and olives

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (250 g each)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g mozzarella
- 100 g green olives (pitted)
- 6 dried tomatoes (preserved in oil)
- 100 ml dry white wine
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Brush a baking dish lightly with oil.
- 3. Rinse the salmon fillets under running water.
- 4. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Place the salmon fillets into the prepared dish.
- 6. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 7. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 8. Distribute the mozzarella slices evenly over the fish.
- 9. Roughly chop the dried tomatoes and the olives.
- 10. Spread the chopped ingredients over the fish and cheese.
- 11. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 12. Pour some wine over the dish after about 10 minutes of baking time.
