🍽️ Oven salmon with potatoes and red onions

Ingredients
- 1 kg smaller potatoes
- 3 red onions
- 4 salmon fillets (with skin)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp harissa
Instructions
- 1. Peel the red onions and cut them into thin strips.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion strips briefly.
- 4. Stir the harissa paste into the onions until well combined.
- 5. Transfer the onions and sauce into a baking dish.
- 6. Heat the oil in the same pan and briefly sauté the potato halves.
- 7. Distribute the potatoes evenly over the onions in the baking dish.
- 8. Season the entire vegetable mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 11. Bake the vegetables for 10 minutes.
- 12. Pour 50 milliliters of water into the baking dish.
- 13. Lightly salt the salmon.
- 14. Place the fish fillets skin-side down on top of the potatoes.
- 15. Bake the dish for another 15 to 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
