🍽️ Salmon with Capers and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (à 250-300 g)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- salt
- pepper
- 8 large potatoes
- 4 tbsp capers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the salmon fillets with lemon juice.
- 2. Season the fish with a little salt and pepper.
- 3. Peel the potatoes.
- 4. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Drain the capers.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper.
- 7. Halve the bell pepper.
- 8. Remove the seeds and the inner membranes of the bell pepper.
- 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 10. Sauté the potatoes in the hot oil.
- 11. Add the rosemary to the potatoes.
- 12. Pour in the broth.
- 13. Simmer the vegetables in the covered pan for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Add the remaining vegetables and the fish to the pan.
- 15. Simmer everything for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- 16. Stir the sesame into the dish.
- 17. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 18. Plate the food.
- 19. Serve the dish.
