  2. 2. Season the fish with a little salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Peel the potatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Drain the capers.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper.
  7. 7. Halve the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds and the inner membranes of the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the potatoes in the hot oil.
  11. 11. Add the rosemary to the potatoes.
  12. 12. Pour in the broth.
  13. 13. Simmer the vegetables in the covered pan for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Add the remaining vegetables and the fish to the pan.
  15. 15. Simmer everything for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Stir the sesame into the dish.
