  4. 4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. 5. Rinse the half lemon thoroughly with hot water.
  6. 6. Grate the lemon zest finely.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  8. 8. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the dill.
  10. 10. Mix the sour cream with two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  11. 11. Fold the lemon zest into the cream.
  12. 12. Stir the chopped dill into the mixture.
  13. 13. Season the cream generously with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Fold the shrimp into the sour cream mixture.
