🍽️ Salmon with Shrimp Cream and Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 500 g Salmon fillet (1 Salmon fillet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Organic lemon
- 6 sprigs Dill
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- 250 g ready-to-cook Shrimp
- 300 g Snow peas
- 10 g Butter (0 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- 5. Rinse the half lemon thoroughly with hot water.
- 6. Grate the lemon zest finely.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 9. Finely chop the dill.
- 10. Mix the sour cream with two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 11. Fold the lemon zest into the cream.
- 12. Stir the chopped dill into the mixture.
- 13. Season the cream generously with salt and pepper.
- 14. Fold the shrimp into the sour cream mixture.
- 15. Spread the shrimp cream evenly over the salmon.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (convection 130 degrees or gas mark 1-2).
- 17. Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 18. Trim the snow peas and remove the ends.
- 19. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
- 20. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 21. Cook the snow peas in the boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
- 22. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- 23. Drain the snow peas well.
- 24. Mix the snow peas with the melted butter.
- 25. Season the snow peas with salt and pepper.
- 26. Plate the salmon and snow peas.
