🍽️ Salmon fillet with dill and lemon slices (top view)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (mild)
- 2 tbsp lemon oil
- 1 cm ginger (in thin slices)
- salt
- pepper (white)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients for the marinade into a bowl.
- 2. Whisk the ingredients together vigorously.
- 3. Place the salmon fillet into a freezer bag.
- 4. Pour the marinade over the salmon in the bag.
- 5. Place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
- 6. Marinate the salmon longer if desired.
- 7. Remove the salmon from the marinade.
- 8. Let the salmon drain briefly.
- 9. Garnish the salmon with fresh dill.
- 10. Place lemon slices on top as decoration.
- 11. Serve the finished dish.
