🍽️ Smoked Salmon Cream Dip

Ingredients
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 150 g smoked trout
- 2 pickles
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp pickle brine
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice (as needed)
- 1 unwaxed lemon
Instructions
- 1. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes.
- 2. Mash the trout fillets into small pieces using a fork.
- 3. Let the cucumbers drain well.
- 4. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck off the fine dill tips and set them aside.
- 7. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 8. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese.
- 9. Stir the chopped dill into the cream.
- 10. Fold in the cucumber cubes.
- 11. Add a little cucumber water.
- 12. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
- 13. Optionally add a splash of lemon juice.
- 14. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 15. Dry the lemon.
- 16. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- 17. Fill one tablespoon of the cream into a glass.
- 18. Place some pieces of smoked salmon and trout on top.
- 19. Repeat the layers two more times.
- 20. Finish the layers with the cream.
- 21. Decorate the surface with the dill tips.
- 22. Place one lemon slice on top.
- 23. Serve the dip immediately.
