  1. 1. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes.
  2. 2. Mash the trout fillets into small pieces using a fork.
  3. 3. Let the cucumbers drain well.
  4. 4. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Pluck off the fine dill tips and set them aside.
  7. 7. Finely chop the remaining dill.
  8. 8. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese.
  9. 9. Stir the chopped dill into the cream.
  10. 10. Fold in the cucumber cubes.
  11. 11. Add a little cucumber water.
  12. 12. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Optionally add a splash of lemon juice.
  14. 14. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  15. 15. Dry the lemon.
  16. 16. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  17. 17. Fill one tablespoon of the cream into a glass.
  18. 18. Place some pieces of smoked salmon and trout on top.
  19. 19. Repeat the layers two more times.
  20. 20. Finish the layers with the cream.
  21. 21. Decorate the surface with the dill tips.
  22. 22. Place one lemon slice on top.
  23. 23. Serve the dip immediately.
