  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Trim the radishes and wash them thoroughly.
  3. 3. Slice the radishes thinly.
  4. 4. Wash the salad greens.
  5. 5. Shake the salad dry.
  6. 6. Cut the salmon into strips.
  7. 7. Heat a non-stick pan without fat.
  8. 8. Toast the wraps in the pan for approx. 30 seconds on each side.
  9. 9. Spread 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese on each wrap.
  10. 10. Place salmon, onions, salad, and radishes on one half of the wrap.
  11. 11. Fold the bottom of the wrap up.
  12. 12. Roll up the wrap.
