🍽️ Salmon Wraps with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch radishes
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 200 g cottage cheese
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Trim the radishes and wash them thoroughly.
- 3. Slice the radishes thinly.
- 4. Wash the salad greens.
- 5. Shake the salad dry.
- 6. Cut the salmon into strips.
- 7. Heat a non-stick pan without fat.
- 8. Toast the wraps in the pan for approx. 30 seconds on each side.
- 9. Spread 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese on each wrap.
- 10. Place salmon, onions, salad, and radishes on one half of the wrap.
- 11. Fold the bottom of the wrap up.
- 12. Roll up the wrap.
