  5. 5. Pour 150 milliliters of lightly salted water into a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the water in the pot to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the wheat to the boiling water.
  8. 8. Let the wheat boil up once briefly.
  9. 9. Measure out 60 milliliters of the orange juice.
  10. 10. Take half of the grated orange peel.
  11. 11. Add the measured orange juice and half of the peel to the wheat.
  12. 12. Turn the heat to low.
  13. 13. Cover the pot.
  14. 14. Let the wheat cook for 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Clean the spinach.
  16. 16. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  17. 17. Cut off the thick stems from the spinach.
  18. 18. Spin the spinach dry.
  19. 19. Chop the large spinach leaves roughly.
  20. 20. Peel the onion.
  21. 21. Dice the onion finely.
  22. 22. Rinse the salmon fillet.
  23. 23. Pat the salmon fillet dry.
  24. 24. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.
  25. 25. Take the remaining orange juice.
  26. 26. Take the remaining orange peel.
  27. 27. Put the remaining juice and peel into a small bowl.
  28. 28. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  29. 29. Toss the salmon cubes in the mixture.
  30. 30. Season the salmon with salt all around.
  31. 31. Season the salmon with pepper all around.
  32. 32. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan.
  33. 33. Add the onion cubes to the hot pan.
  34. 34. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  35. 35. Add the spinach to the pan.
  36. 36. Season the spinach with salt.
  37. 37. Season the spinach with pepper.
  38. 38. Grate some nutmeg directly into the pan.
  39. 39. Fold the salmon cubes into the mixture.
  40. 40. Set the heat to medium.
