  1. 1. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  2. 2. Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
  4. 4. Wash the green asparagus.
  5. 5. Trim off the bottom 3 centimeters of the asparagus.
  6. 6. Chop the remaining asparagus into small pieces.
  7. 7. Cook the lasagna sheets in plenty of salted boiling water until tender.
  8. 8. Follow the time instructions on the package.
  9. 9. Heat the butter in a pot.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions, garlic, and asparagus in it.
  11. 11. Stir constantly while doing so.
  12. 12. Add 50 milliliters of water.
  13. 13. Let the vegetables simmer until the water has evaporated.
  14. 14. Add the wet spinach to the pot.
  15. 15. Let the spinach wilt.
  16. 16. Cook everything while stirring for 2 minutes.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Drain the pasta sheets.
  19. 19. Layer the pasta sheets, vegetables, and smoked salmon on plates to form a lasagna.
  20. 20. Garnish the dish with salmon roe.
  21. 21. Serve the lasagna immediately.
