🍝 Salmon and Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 350 g spinach
- 6 garlic cloves
- 500 g green asparagus
- 12 lasagna sheets
- salt
- 30 g butter
- freshly ground pepper
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 4 tbsp salmon roe
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 2. Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
- 4. Wash the green asparagus.
- 5. Trim off the bottom 3 centimeters of the asparagus.
- 6. Chop the remaining asparagus into small pieces.
- 7. Cook the lasagna sheets in plenty of salted boiling water until tender.
- 8. Follow the time instructions on the package.
- 9. Heat the butter in a pot.
- 10. Sauté the onions, garlic, and asparagus in it.
- 11. Stir constantly while doing so.
- 12. Add 50 milliliters of water.
- 13. Let the vegetables simmer until the water has evaporated.
- 14. Add the wet spinach to the pot.
- 15. Let the spinach wilt.
- 16. Cook everything while stirring for 2 minutes.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 18. Drain the pasta sheets.
- 19. Layer the pasta sheets, vegetables, and smoked salmon on plates to form a lasagna.
- 20. Garnish the dish with salmon roe.
- 21. Serve the lasagna immediately.
