🍽️ Classic Salmon Rolls

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 200 g smoked salmon
Instructions
- 1. Mix the milk, flour, and salt in a bowl until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- 2. Stir the eggs into the batter and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat some butter in a frying pan, but keep the heat moderate.
- 4. Bake four thin pancakes one after the other in the pan until they are golden yellow.
- 5. Let the finished pancakes cool down completely.
- 6. Mix the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, and horseradish in a separate bowl until the cream is smooth.
- 7. Season the cream with some pepper to taste.
- 8. Finely chop the parsley and stir it into the cream cheese cream.
- 9. Place a portion of smoked salmon on each cooled pancake.
- 10. Spread the prepared cream cheese cream evenly over the salmon.
- 11. Roll up each pancake tightly.
- 12. Place the rolls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill them.
- 13. Cut the rolls alternately straight and at an angle.
- 14. Place the resulting small pieces upright on the plate.
- 15. Arrange the appetizer according to your taste and serve it.
