  2. 2. Stir the eggs into the batter and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat some butter in a frying pan, but keep the heat moderate.
  4. 4. Bake four thin pancakes one after the other in the pan until they are golden yellow.
  5. 5. Let the finished pancakes cool down completely.
  6. 6. Mix the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, and horseradish in a separate bowl until the cream is smooth.
  7. 7. Season the cream with some pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Finely chop the parsley and stir it into the cream cheese cream.
  9. 9. Place a portion of smoked salmon on each cooled pancake.
  10. 10. Spread the prepared cream cheese cream evenly over the salmon.
  11. 11. Roll up each pancake tightly.
  12. 12. Place the rolls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill them.
  13. 13. Cut the rolls alternately straight and at an angle.
  14. 14. Place the resulting small pieces upright on the plate.
