  8. 8. Finely chop the fresh herbs.
  9. 9. Wash the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Halve the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
  11. 11. Dice the chili into fine cubes.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the onions, chili, sugar, and garlic in the hot oil.
  14. 14. Add the diced tomatoes.
  15. 15. Cook the tomatoes briefly.
  16. 16. Pour in the meat broth.
