  1. 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. 4. Take half of the parsley and mix it in a small bowl with two tablespoons of olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Coat the salmon fillets thoroughly with this parsley marinade.
  6. 6. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  7. 7. Pat the lemon dry.
  8. 8. Slice the one half of the lemon into thin slices.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon.
  10. 10. Place a piece of baking paper in the basket of the air fryer.
  11. 11. Distribute the lemon slices on the baking paper.
  12. 12. Place the marinated salmon fillets on top of the lemon slices.
  13. 13. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Cook the salmon at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Check the salmon: it should look juicy and slightly translucent.
  16. 16. Wash the salad greens, cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes.
  17. 17. Remove any hard stems or inedible parts from the salad greens.
  18. 18. Tear the salad greens into bite-sized pieces.
  19. 19. Halve the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  20. 20. Halve the radishes and slice them as well.
  21. 21. Halve the tomatoes.
  22. 22. Place the salad greens, cucumber slices, radish slices, and tomato halves into a large bowl.

  24. 24. Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into a small bowl.
  25. 25. Add the remaining olive oil to the lemon juice.
