  1. 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water.
  2. 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Drizzle the salmon with two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  4. 4. Let the marinated fillets rest for ten minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and remove the outer skin.
  9. 9. Halve the onion lengthwise.
  10. 10. Cut the onion halves into thin strips as well.
  11. 11. Cut the garlic clove in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Rub a baking dish thoroughly with the cut side of the garlic.
  13. 13. Season the pepper and onion strips with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Distribute the vegetables evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  15. 15. Drizzle the vegetables with one tablespoon of oil.
  16. 16. Season the salmon fillets to taste with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Place the fillets directly on top of the vegetables in the dish.
  18. 18. Drizzle the remaining oil over the salmon.
  19. 19. Pour the broth into the baking dish.
  20. 20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  21. 21. Place the dish in the oven and bake the salmon for 25 to 30 minutes.
