🍽️ Honey Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- salt
- pepper
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Divide the fillets into four equal pieces.
- 4. Whisk oil, vinegar, and honey together in a small bowl.
- 5. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 6. Coat the salmon pieces thoroughly with the marinade.
- 7. Place the fish in a container and seal it.
- 8. Place the container in the refrigerator for two hours.
- 9. Wash the spring onions under running water.
- 10. Remove the dry ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 12. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 13. Heat butter in a frying pan.
- 14. Sear the salmon on all sides over high heat.
- 15. Reduce the heat to a medium setting.
- 16. Let the fish cook for about ten minutes.
- 17. Brush the fish with the marinade repeatedly during the cooking process.
- 18. Add the spring onions to the pan shortly before the end of the cooking time.
- 19. Sauté the spring onions briefly with the fish.
- 20. Serve the dish immediately.
