🍽️ Salmon with green pepper and capers

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (approx. 180 g each)
- 2 untreated lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 ml dry white wine
- rosemary
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns (pickled)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice one lemon into thin rounds for garnish.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the second lemon.
- 5. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- 6. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 7. Fry the salmon on both sides in the hot oil.
- 8. Drizzle honey over the fish.
- 9. Deglaze the dish with the lemon juice and white wine.
- 10. Add rosemary, capers, and green pepper to the pan.
- 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 12. Let the salmon cook in the sauce for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 13. Turn the salmon once during the cooking time.
- 14. Finally, season the sauce with salt to taste.
- 15. Divide the salmon among the plates.
- 16. Garnish the dishes with the lemon slices.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
