🍽️ Grilled Salmon with Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 pieces salmon fillet (approx. 200 g each)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 4 ears of corn
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, halve them, and slice the flesh into long strips.
- 2. Parboil the corn cobs in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain well, brush the corn and pepper strips with butter, season with salt and pepper, and roast them on the grill until golden brown.
- 3. Brush the salmon lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill each side for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 4. Serve the salmon alongside the corn and peppers.
