  2. 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  3. 3. Cut the strawberries into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the shallots.
  5. 5. Slice the shallots into thin rings.
  6. 6. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  8. 8. Rinse the deseeded chili peppers briefly.
  9. 9. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings as well.
  10. 10. Wash the fresh herbs under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the herbs dry.
  12. 12. Pick the leaves off the stems.
  13. 13. Set aside half of the herbs.
  14. 14. Finely chop the remaining half of the herbs.
  15. 15. Place the prepared strawberries into a bowl.
  16. 16. Add the shallot rings to the bowl.
  17. 17. Add the finely chopped herbs to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the chili rings to the mixture.
  19. 19. Add the lime juice.
  20. 20. Add the honey to the bowl.
  21. 21. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
  22. 22. Season the mixture with salt.
  23. 23. Season the mixture with black pepper.
  24. 24. Mix all ingredients well together.
  25. 25. Let the salad mixture sit for 20 minutes.
  26. 26. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water.
  27. 27. Pat the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  28. 28. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  29. 29. Place the salmon fillets in the pan skin-side down.
  30. 30. Fry the fillets over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  31. 31. Turn the salmon fillets to the other side.
  32. 32. Fry the fillets on the second side for another 6 to 8 minutes.
  33. 33. Season the cooked salmon with salt.
  34. 34. Season the cooked salmon with black pepper.
  35. 35. Remove the salmon from the pan.
  36. 36. Plate the salmon.
  37. 37. Place the strawberry salad next to the salmon.
  38. 38. Sprinkle the dish with the reserved fresh herbs.
